Three Waters -  the Government’s reform of management of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater in Aotearoa.

The proposal will shift the 67 council-owned and operated ‘three waters services’ into four new publicly-owned regional entities by 2024.

Today we talk to the Mayor for Porirua Anita Baker who’s welcoming Three Waters, and Groundswell spokesperson Lee Smith who opposes it.
