Nurse pay negotiations have been protracted and difficult, with a number of parties involved. 

After years of delays, they were supposed to be recognised with backpay dating back to 2019. But that’s not happening now. So, the New Zealand Nurses Organisation has launched a legal review into the pay equity settlement process - we talk to their CEO Paul Goulter.
