Middlemore Hospital has been under fire off the back of a report saying it was unsafe.

Ashley's Mum works in the neo-natal unit at the hospital. She said her Mum, along with other staff members there, work incredibly hard to try and provide the best care they can for patients.

It is taking a heavy toll on their mental health.
