Iimar'i Thomas was only 12-years-old when she began high school and 16 upon entering college. Despite her youth, she was a dominant force on the basketball court from her freshman year at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in San Francisco to the University of Cincinnati, and eventually UCLA. At 5-11, she was skilled well beyond her years with a devastating inside-outside game. Iimar'i played against high school powerhouses as well as elite college programs like UConn and Stanford, regularly more than holding her own. This week Donovan and Kevin talk to Iimar'i about her unique basketball and life journey as she embarks on her next journey into professional basketball and beyond.
