Today we’re interviewing Jim Ferber. Jim currently serves as the Chairman of Dr. Phillips Charities. In twenty years Dr. Phillips Charities has contributed over $150 million to community-building initiatives and life-giving programs in the Central Florida region. Before this Jim served as a leader in the YMCA movement, including 21 years as the President/CEO of the YMCA of Central Florida, growing its impact through innovation that attracted national attention.
