Today we’re interviewing Mark Dengler. Mark is a 34-year nonprofit executive who approaches work with an analytical twist fostering highly creative, simple solutions to complex problems. He currently serves as  Executive Vice President and COO for the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. Mark and his team leaned into the disruption of the last couple of years, disrupting themselves and their organization so they could survive, thrive, and stay relevant as the community and its needs continue to change.
