We are very excited to bring you today’s episode! October 15th is the last day of Latinx Heritage Month, so we thought this was the perfect opportunity to talk to some of the creators behind the recently rebooted and now Rutgers-based show, Images/Imagenes. Randy Cangre is the manager of the Rutgers iTV Studio and professional production services. And Alice Hernandez works at the Office of the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs. Both Alice and Randy have been crucial members of the team producing the Latinx-centric show. We were thrilled to get a chance to talk to them about what it takes to create a show like Images/Imagenes as well as their perspectives on Latinx Hertiage Month and the future of representation for the Latinx community.
