He also served as CEO of the Global Sport Institute at Arizona State University, where he was the Adidas Distinguished Professor of Global Sport. Currently, he has returned to the University of Pennsylvania where he is launching and leading the Wharton Coalition on Equity and Opportunity. We are thrilled to have Professor Shropshire on the show to share his insights and experiences in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across industries.
