For the last episode of Kitchen Conversations this year I met with Szymon Adamczak (b. 1991) a Polish artist writer and dramaturg working with theatre and performance, living and working in Amsterdam. Currently he is preoccupied with fostering an artistic practice within HIV/AIDS field and its cultural artistic and social-political legacy of the past decades. During out conversation we mainly spoke about Szymon's performance piece ‘An Ongoing song’ and his artistic research platform Polskie EIDS that he is conducting as part of a residency in Biennale Warszawa.
