In this episode I am talking to Michał Korta - a Polish photographer born before the fall of communism in Bochnia, near Krakow. A couple of years ago I had the please to meet Michal in rather different circumstances, then those connected to art:). Today, years later in our virtual kitchen, we met again to talk about his ongoing fascination with the Post-Soviet regions. Since 2006, Michal undertook several long-term journeys to Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Balkans. During our Kitchen Conversation he shared stories behind two of his unique phonebooks: The Balkan Playground and Beautiful Monsters.
