Aisha Shakti Hakim (Shakti) has been a student and practitioner of various healing arts modalities for over a decade. As a native New Yorker she has always been drawn to the many metaphysical teachers, workshops, classes and bookstores to be found there. She gamely followed her intuition as it led her on a journey of self discovery and possibilities.

Shakti has been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997. She has been trained in several energetic healing modalities, including Sound Healing, Pranic Healing, Eriksonian Hypnosis, Therapeutic Touch, and Shamanic Practices.
