Practicing in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh on Wednesday we will focus on looking deeply and listening deeply. This Wednesday we will be going through a meditation practice called Touching the Earth. Our lives have been touched by many people past and future. During this process we will look at our gratitude and our upsets we have experienced by these contacts and we will gain strength as we Touch the Earth. The Earth has a Great capacity to receive our emotions allowing us to see the seeds of our feelings. Join us for this wonderful meditation. I first experienced this meditation from Sister Chan Kong, one of the first six member of The Order of Interbeing, founded by Thich Nhat Hanh. She shared how she has used this meditation practice to help deal with her experiences in Vietnam. Even if you can't join us from the beginning it is beneficial to join in at any time.
