Dr. David Hart is an Associate Professor in the Romney Institute of Public Service & Ethics at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. He earned his PhD in Public Administration, and his current research focuses on applied ethics in private and public sectors. Besides teaching business ethics at a university, Dr. Hart consults and trains in ethics for organizations of all sizes.
