Jacob Heppner is a 5X CrossFit Games competitor, fitness industry entrepreneur and Tactical Games elite athlete. After three top ten finishes at the CrossFit Games, including a sixth place finish in 2019, Jacob pivoted first to amateur boxing and then to the Tactical Games, where he is now in his second season as an elite competitor.
Part fitness competition, part shooting sport, The Tactical Games were created to provide a platform to test the skills and readiness of athletes of all backgrounds and it has drawn in everyone from CrossFit competitors to law enforcement and military to shooting sports athletes to everyday men and women who want to try something new and challenging.
In this episode, Jacob tells us all about his transition from CrossFit Games competitor to Tactical Games competitor and teaches us all about the sport and the community that surrounds it.
