The Supreme Court of the United States apparently doesn't have to follow the rules of law, ethics, or anything else.Andy discusses the ethics issues surrounding many of the "conservative" members of the nation's highest court, as well as the court's reluctance to be restrained by standard ethics regulations imposed on lower courts. Also, the move toward less public transparency of the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) through "shadow dockets" that are decisions released unsigned, with little explanation, and often late at night.
