Is there a difference between being vulnerable and brain dumping?

You know those times when you pour out your heart and then wonder if you should have. Can you ever be too honest or too vulnerable? I'm not sure we landed the plane on this one but we brought the conversation to the table as we prepare our hearts and minds for Easter week.
