Welcome to part four of the bucket list series. And this is where we talk about tips.

If you did not watch parts one, two, and three, that is necessary to understand where we are. So make sure you click the link to catch up on those missed videos.

Rank Your Ideas in Order of Importance In the last video in part three, we started making the bucket list by organizing the areas of our life.

So here's what you want to do to fill this out a little bit more. Rank your ideas in order of importance. Then make a rough timeline of when you will achieve each one.

Accountability Partner Now, if there is something on your list that you can complete within the next month, get an accountability partner and put a date on the calendar because this is really about taking action and believing in yourself enough to take that action.

You also want to get a journal and keep that ongoing journal of your progress.

When you keep a journal, it keeps you motivated. And it's encouraging to cross something off your bucket list.

Make Sure You Start With Something Small Make sure you start with something small.

The key to making your bucket list is not overwhelming yourself with huge tasks or goals, but rather, focusing on completing smaller and more manageable tasks this way, you're more likely to accomplish something. There was no benefit to having a very long bucket list that you're not taking action on.

So set realistic expectations. Don't try to complete your entire bucket list in one day or week. Take your time and enjoy the process. And don't be afraid to fail. Not every task on your bucket list will be an instant success, but you can still enjoy the process of completing it. Setting a goal always produces better results than not having a goal at all.

Keep Track of Your Progress And write it down. Take that journal we talked about earlier, and ensure you are keeping track of your progress. I talked about crossing things off, and you want to cross them off. Let's say you live 80 years.

And right at the end of your life, you're looking back at your bucket list that you've been keeping all these years, and you see all of the dates you accomplished, these huge, big things.

And you appreciate when you were 30, and you crossed one thing off when you were 40, and you crossed one thing off, and you're 50 and crossed one thing off.

Celebrate Success While you're at it, take photos of your accomplishments.

Keep a photo journal, so you can reflect on all the things you've accomplished and share them with your friends. And celebrate your success. When you cross off that first goal that genuinely defines your life, it's worth celebrating. Celebrate it! Go out to eat, throw a party, whatever you want to do, because this is your life that we're talking about.

Not small little things, but impactful, emotional, meaningful things. So congratulations on getting through these four videos, and I'll see you in the next one.
