Recently, I was asked to reflect on what were some of the strategies that I used to build a million dollar organization. It was a great question and caused me to pause and remember some amazing years when I was active in this industry. One of the strategies that came to mind I knew I had to share with you. It works every time. Its a communication technique that honors the person on the other side to be completely in control of her answers. It also honors her by giving her simple choices (only two) at each question so that she can make the best choice for her at the time.
