Look at your target market and identify the psychographics piece. Where do they hang out? Where are they when they have the problem? What are some of the things that they like? What are their values, their attitudes, their reactions? What are some trigger things we're really looking at? gaining a better insight into where your audience is and what they're looking for? And which emotion is leading their desire for change? Is it fear? Is it self confidence or lack thereof? Are they looking for a better financial position? Like what is the emotion that's leading them to desire a change in the industry?

This information allows you to see in your industry, what are the key words they're looking for. Because if we know what our people are searching for, and we use the same language that they're using, our barrier of resistance drops significantly, because now we sound like them. And they can now relate to us because we're speaking the same language.
