Albrey is CEO of Life Legacy Capital, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at New Paradigm Capital and Synergy Paradigm Capital, which are privately held commercial real estate investment companies. As a Commercial Real Estate investor, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management. This has led to extensive operating knowledge and intimate understanding of each of the submarkets in which we acquire property to identify underperforming assets and solve the root issues that represent a significant value-add play for our investors. In addition to being an entrepreneur, she has a strong background in facility management, real estate, education, and sports. She is well-versed in nonprofit capital leadership, mentorship, public speaking, event hosting, and commercial real estate investments. She is the owner of the nonprofit, Like It R Love It Inc, which houses the L.I.F.E Sports Academy program and operates in several locations within the United States and abroad. While creating mentorship opportunities through her organizations, community partnerships, and serving as a former collegiate coach for over a decade, her leadership has led to building champions in their respective professional fields and communities. Her passion for adding value to others has led to her being the managing partner with YouthServ Academy, a private school that focuses on academics and mentorships which allow students to prepare for potential careers while in high school.
