In a 10 week period spanning February to May of 1946, the small town of Texarkana in the United States was shocked by a series of brutal attacks, leading to the deaths of 5 locals.

What was peculiar was that the assailant target couples at night while wearing a white cloth mask resembling a pillowcase with eye holes cut out, leading local media to dub him "The Phantom Killer".
