In 1977, residents of a Chicago apartment building called in to report a fire on the upper floors. When the authorities arrived, they discovered a unit engulfed in flames, and the charred remains of its tenant - Teresita Basa. Little was gained from investigations due to the damages, but more than 5 months later however, Teresita's former coworker, Remy Chua, would call in to the police claiming that she had been visited by Teresita's spirit, and that she knew who the killer was.
