Right now, YOU are living under the influence: the influence of the urgent, the influence a thought, the influence of a feeling, but what will you DO with it? Will it rule you or will you rule it? As in with all things, we have a choice. As people of God, we are called to reign in life. To reign means to exercise the highest influence and control; and this happens by yielding to the Power of the indwelling Spirit of God OR our old nature. Each day, we get to ask ourselves: whose influence will we live under?
