Westview Mental Help
Westview Mental Help is an entirely student-led organization, consisting of teens ranging from sophomores to seniors. Each week, we discuss a topic we think is a factor that contributes to the mental health of both students and teachers. Sometimes, we'll bring a guest on to share their perspective and to engage in a discussion about a certain topic. The group is made up of Simleen, Anika, Danielle, Deepti, M'kayla, Nicole, Maya, Campbell, and Ryan.

We are back for the second year of Westview Mental Help, and this time with some new members! We are so excited to get started once again, and for our first episode, we decided to discuss the mental health in Immigrant Asian families with a student guest speaker. Enjoy!
In this episode, we had Miss Lee come on and share her perspective on school start times and how sleep schedules can affect your mental health! In this week's episode, we discussed a topic which is often far too overlooked; boys' and men's mental health. In an effort to include the voices of the people who many of the topics we cover center around, we had one of our very own wonderful Westview students, Fidel, come on to talk about this issue and to share his perspective.
