It’s important to have a clear definition between your private life and your business. I do not want to work with my friends. I do not want to sell real estate to my friends. Doing so is a bad strategy in real estate. Having listings and leads connected to other parts of your life will hinder your game. You can also ask yourself, Do I want to compromise my friendships? The answer is likely no.
