Today, I touch on the healing and powerful practice of loving and accepting all of ourselves.

A fascinating thing I have found, is that whatever you are judging in another person’s actions or way of being is always something that you can find in yourself.

Sometimes you will have to look at it from different angles or dig a little deeper, but it is always present in some capacity or form.

We don’t and really can’t know why someone acts the way they do or says what they say…often times they don’t know themselves. We so often and easily create stories around the “whys” and form judgements about them as we try to figure this out.

This keeps everyone feeling heavy and stuck…brings everyone down.

Whenever we feel judgment arising within us, we have a choice to sit and stay in that judgment or move out of it.

We always have that power to choose, and this along with self-love and gentleness brings the healing whole world (us included) needs right now!
