Today I wanted to do something slightly different... talk about using music as a form of self-care. We can all use some from time to time, and I believe music is an incredibly powerful method for taking time to take care of yourself; but also is a concept no one ever really talks about in this specific way. I want to change that! For the next few episodes I want to do what I always do... explore a specific sound/instrument (today's featured instrument is Arturia's Prophet V3), but with a bit more emphasis on being a time-out, well-being session for YOU. I hope you like them, and get something out of these "Using Music as Self-Care" sessions!

So with that, I hope you enjoy where we explore today!
As always, thanks for taking the time to listen in! We play with sound, we have some fun, and we learn some new stuff!
The goal of this podcast is to just explore sound and have fun while creating... No musical experience is required to enjoy!
I also welcome suggested topics for future episodes!
