Aloha is often seen as a warm welcome, but in business, it’s so much more. It’s about how you show up, how you build trust, and how you create a business that feels aligned with your values and your lifestyle.
In this episode, Sharon breaks down how leading with Aloha can transform the way you interact with clients, design your systems, and grow sustainably—without losing yourself in the hustle.
Key Takeaways:Aloha means “the presence of breath.” In business, it means presence in your conversations, offers, and systems.
Lead with Aloha by asking:
Aloha in business is about invitation, not manipulation; connection, not conversion pressure.
Your systems can carry Aloha: A clear onboarding process, a kind payment structure, and thoughtful check-ins are Aloha in action.
Leading with Aloha is not about perfection. It’s about alignment, care, and consistency.
Aloha is an operating system that ensures your business is rooted in integrity while remaining spacious for growth.
Each week, you’ll hear real stories, powerful insights, and actionable tools for scaling without burnout, leading with heart, and growing through systems, not sacrifice. Whether you're designing your next offer or redefining what success looks like, you’ll leave every episode with something useful.

Marketing isn’t about pushing a message; it’s about building relationships that reflect your values and your capacity to serve. In Part 2, Wynn Newingham shares how small businesses can simplify marketing to focus on what matters, the power of consistent messaging, and how to create marketing rhythms that fit your lifestyle.
Whether you’re struggling to show up consistently or want to ensure your marketing feels authentic, this episode offers clarity and confidence for your next steps.
Key Takeaways: Clarity and consistency create trust. Your message doesn’t need to be everywhere; it needs to be clear and steady. * Marketing is relationship-building. It’s about helping people feel seen and supported before they buy. * Simplify to show up. Systems and rhythms help you market without burnout. * Alignment matters. Your marketing should match your capacity, not someone else’s template. * Stories connect.* Sharing authentic stories is one of your most powerful tools.

What happens when you realize your “fancy title and paycheck” are costing you your family, health, and joy? For Wynn Newingham, it meant trading burnout for a business that felt aligned and meaningful.
In this episode, Wynn shares her journey of moving from corporate marketing to founding Tustle Marketing, how storytelling and simplicity drive effective marketing, and the power of aligning your business with your values to create clarity in your offers, systems, and daily choices.
Key Takeaways: Clarity is a superpower. When you know what you stand for and why you’re in business, decisions become easier, and your marketing becomes authentic. * Simplicity beats complexity. Strategy doesn’t mean complicated systems; it means aligning your efforts with your capacity, values, and goals. * You can build a business that fits your life. You don’t have to sacrifice family or well-being to build something meaningful. * Storytelling is not just marketing; it’s legacy. Wynn’s family culture of storytelling taught her how stories create connection, trust, and memory in business. * It’s okay to change your mind.* Shiny opportunities will come, but knowing your values helps you stay aligned.

As OhanaPreneurs, we build business through relationships—and boundaries are what allow those relationships to stay healthy, clear, and sustainable.
In this solo episode, Sharon reframes boundaries as the line at which you can love freely, sharing why boundaries matter, what they are (and aren’t), and how to practice them in a way that honors your energy and your purpose.
You’ll learn a simple 3-step boundary practice, grounded in science and NLP principles, to help you set boundaries that protect your time and energy while maintaining connection and care in your business.
Key Takeaways: Boundaries are agreements, not walls. They allow you to give from overflow, not depletion. * Without boundaries: you overgive, lose focus, and risk resentment. * With boundaries: you protect your energy, build trust, and serve fully. * Boundaries align with ecology checks in NLP, ensuring your actions support you and your environment. * Boundaries are the banks of the river* that allow your energy to flow with direction and power.
3-Step Boundary Practice:
1. Check inward: Where do you feel drained or resentful?
2. Clarify the boundary you need.
3. Communicate clearly and kindly.
“Boundaries are the line at which I can love you freely.” This mindset allows you to serve and lead without sacrificing yourself.
Each week, you’ll hear real stories, powerful insights, and actionable tools for scaling without burnout, leading with heart, and growing through systems, not sacrifice. Whether you're designing your next offer or redefining what success looks like, you’ll leave every episode with something useful.
Because business is better when done together—in the spirit of Aloha.

How to apply seasonal and strategic focus to your marketing
Why boundaries are essential to sustainable service
The “reverse engineer” mindset for setting and scaling big goals

Key Takeaways:
Create Time Leverage
Use AI to streamline mundane tasks (e.g., emails), freeing up time for deep client connections and high-impact activities.
Maintain Brand Voice
Even with automation, leadership must ensure AI-generated content aligns with the company’s tone and values.
Use "Little Bets"
Inspired by the book Little Bets by Peter Sims, Mary suggests starting small and learning fast—don’t commit to large AI overhauls without testing.
AI is a Relationship Tool
Mary named her AI assistant "Sage." Approach AI like hiring a team member—build a relationship, train it, and refine how you communicate.

Key Takeaways:Start with Strategy, Not Tools
Don’t jump on AI trends blindly. Begin by asking: Why am I implementing AI? and What outcome am I expecting?
Protect Confidentiality
AI thrives on data. Leaders must gatekeep sensitive information, especially in fields like law, healthcare, and finance. Consider closed systems for private data use.
Reduce Fear Through Inclusion
Employees often fear job loss due to AI. Involve them early—let them test tools, provide feedback, and see the benefits firsthand.
Fact-Check Everything
AI “hallucinates.” Build a process to verify outputs. Especially in client-facing content, unchecked data can erode trust quickly.

In this episode, we explore the Ohana Way of BEing with Scot Conway.
Scot has developed his system over 30 years, combining his roots from Hawai'i with his upbringing and career. The work of the Ohana Way developed when he was teaching his own style of martial arts, as a code for his students. Since then, it has evolved into much more - the Ohana Way Conversations, courses and books.
Ohana is the Hawaiian word for family. Popularized by the Disney Movie "Lilo and Stitch" in 2002, the common definition is "Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind, or forgotten." Scot has taken this concept and evolved it into his own acronym, as O.H.A.N.A.
O - Oasis: Be a refreshing refuge
H - Harmony: Embrace infinitely diversity in infinite combinations aimed at greatness
A - Assertiveness - Moving forward on purpose with respect for others.
N - Nobility: Royal Knight - Be our highest and best selves
A - Aloha: Love
Each letter stands for a principle / concept, that has a 5x system behind it on the protocols to behave according to that principle.
About Scot Conway
Scot Conway is known to many of us as “Grandmaster Scot” or “Scot With 1 T.” “Grandmaster” is a title he’s earned after nearly fifty years training in martial arts. His art is the kind of ancient whole-person, whole-life martial arts that uses physical movement to demonstrate life philosophy. Scot also has a crazy resume. He’s authored 56 books, produced 34 programs, earned a Ph.D., and J.D., been a lawyer, real estate broker, pastor, and more.
