Dr DuBose explains why the common approaches to addressing the problem of underearning don’t work and explores how to address the underlying causes of underearning and the difficulties people face on the journey to make that shift. She outlines in particular:

• Schooling is not the answer; more certifications will not help you earn more
• The underlying reason for underearning lies within, not outside of us
• Abundance is your birthright and getting to that frequency requires doing the inner work
• We have to become aware of our unconscious beliefs and get clear on whether they are serving or sabotaging us
• Money is a tool; earning money needs to serve your dreams
