Although the title of this episode is a bit tongue-in-cheek, the gist of the argument is not that far-off. This is part I in a two-part series to discuss the Supreme Court draft opinion to overrule an over 50-year precedented case, Roe v. Wade, the circumstances under which the draft was revealed, and what this might look like in terms of future legislation. 

Part I focuses on the argument provided in the opinion, the possible outcomes, and we come up with ideas to overcome future challenges.

Part II continues focus on the argument and result of the opinion and moves on to the consequences of how the draft opinion was leaked.
