Sam Dawkins is the pastor of West Georgia Church and campus minister of UWG Wesley. Originally from Conyers, GA, Sam went to the University of Georgia where he felt called to ordained ministry while participating at the UGA Wesley Foundation. He graduated from the Candler School of theology with a Masters of Divinity in 2015. Sam served on staff at The UGA Wesley Foundation, Hartwell FUMC, and FUMC Lawrenceville before being appointed to Carrollton in 2017. Sam and his wife, Natasha, welcomed their first son Noah into the world in September 2020.
