The process may be a little uncomfortable. The truth is, change is uncomfortable, especially when we don’t see it coming. I wasn’t really in the mood for my feathers to be wrestled with but I knew I would be making a huge mistake not being an active participant in what was taking place. Especially if that meant having access to a better version of myself.
