It is a very key thing to have wisdom and here in chapter 3 of the book of Proverbs, one of the ways to get wisdom is through trust.
King Solomon teaches his son to trust in God with all his heart and not do anything on his own. We also get to find out that God becomes a friend to a person who is upright and applies wisdom.
Three major things to note:
Trust in the Lord always
Wisdom brings happiness
Treat others fairly
Listen and enjoy.
