when the Olympics were in London in 2012, Danny Boyle directed the opening ceremony, which included an enormous song and dance number involving members of the National Health Service. I didn't understand why this was happening. I didn't understand how important the HSE was in the UK until I moved to the U. K seven years ago and found myself relying on the system since, and not just because I'm a total hypochondriac. Services free the residents. It's underfunded. And for the past two years, like every other health service in the world has been overwhelmed. A recent report has just confirmed that staff have been departing the energies of the rate of 400 a week. That's 400 staff at every level. Quinn in the health service every week. So here we are, a letter from the N. H s. Dear Keith, we're sorry, but we are Brent out. The phrase working on the front line may seem overused, but we face the daily anxiety unlike no other from the first reports of covered across the world across the country. We've done all we can, and now we just need to stop. Maybe some of us will come back. But that would probably not be the case for all of us. We know that we've been appreciated. But dear Hannah Chess, let me stop you there. Thank you. First of all, second of all, there's no reason for excuses. While the world coward in the homes for the first few months the pandemic you risked your lives were going into hospitals every day at a time of no vaccines and no testing and no knowledge as to when it might all end, you've given more than could be asked to the pandemic that has been mentally and physically draining. And every week we clapped on your doorstep, and it's nice. That is the thank you signs of fate, and everyone's gotten on with their life. Also, I don't want to bring up the B word, but Brexit probably resulted in thousands of potential staff not arriving on the shores to help relieve. You all have to say these things
