Our podcast went live with an audience!
I tell you my experience….
I never host a podcast and also never did with an audience.
The purpose of this project started with my desire to learn about self-growth and productivity, and with every person I interview I learn things about their mindset.
In this episode, Ivan brings a lot of interesting topics and so much value to the perspective of life. It is full of entrepreneur mindset hacks.
He explains how other people can help you to see the world differently. I loved when he said, “I want people outside the bottle to tell me what I can’t see”. To leave the ego outside your life because the ego wants to be right always. He also talks about the inner world.
He answers these questions
How can I coach help me achieve my goal?
When do I know I require a coach?
What do I need to become a coachable person?
What happens if you don’t take action?
And from the Q&A
Do you believe if you can think you can achieve anything you want, you can actually make it happen?
How can we overcome frustration, when we faced a failure? How can you go on?
What is the first action to take in order to make a change?

This episode is full of emotions…
A personal note:
Working on a project alone is hard, and finding someone who would work as hard as you for the same dream is even harder. Nowadays, I say I am so lucky because I found my co-cofounder. Someone who will bring the light for you in the darkness times, Someone who help me become the best of me, someone I can rely on.
One of the reasons I wake up at 5 am every day to give the best of me is because I know she is also giving 1000% and that’s what is Clara Herrera for me.
In this opportunity, we talk about how does she structure her time to manage all the areas at Zexel where she mentioned why “Sundays” is her favourite day of the week.
Also talked about other projects she worked such as Speed Dating Malaga and Macoesa her Family’s mindset and her strong connection with her mom.
We also talked about why is it important for entrepreneurs to understand finance?
-What is the creators’ economy?
-How do you kill the procrastinator inside you?
Last week, I have the great chance to speak about productivity with Victor Gentile - Co-CEO and founder of PLANET DATASET.
We spoke about how does a CEO structure his day, What tools he uses to manage the productivity of the team and also share with us the name of one of his favourite books.
This is a very interesting conversation that you should listen to, no matter if you are a CEO of a startup or a solopreneur. It brings real value based on his great experience.
