Monolithos is a small settlement on the isle of Santorini which is distinguished by a great big rock -- i.e. the monolith -- standing in an otherwise flat area beside the sea. We only saw it briefly from the airport, but it made an impression. Three layers of piano on this one, including a very growly one.
