I did the drum loops, with Drumsynth 500 and a new free plug in called RF-Pads. Orb supplied the rest of the music, and I chose the instruments -- mostly synths, with a bit of bass. The vocal underlay, which supplies the title, is taken from an artificial voice recorded in a German public toilet, issuing a user with a heartfelt welcome, but reminding them that if they want toilet paper they will need to pay 2 Euros. This is then reversed, repitched, reverbed and gated beyond all recognition.
