The Xpand synth essentially allows you to program four instruments in one, and I have layered several of them here. Apart from that there is a bass, a drum kit, and the wonderful Classical.gtr in several guises, playing a complex arpeggiated round on top. One little LoopCloud sample finishes it all off.

The title is inspired by a Golden Age detective novel I recently read, where the investigator calmly brushes of a series of assaults that would have incapacitated three or four lesser men.
