A coder since Class V, Ronak Kumar Samantray turned his interest into a career when he graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India.

After a three-year stint at Microsoft, he was driven to create a consumer app. It led him to become the co-founder of NowFloats, a company that aims to make the internet relevant for millions of India’s small and medium businesses. Under his leadership, NowFloats grew from an idea to a flourishing startup that provides multiple solutions to help businesses across the country.

His drive and entrepreneurial mindset bagged him a place in the “Forbes 30 Under 30 (Asia)” list for Enterprise Technology, receive an INK fellowship, apart from an eFounders Fellowship from Alibaba Business School (in association United Nations Conference on Trade and Development or UNCTAD).
