Care City is an innovation centre for health ageing and regeneration, within East London’s health and care system. John discusses how his projects help to deliver new capabilities to aid transformation such as using digital tools to enhance less skilled or less senior staff. He uses an AF project as an example of how his team had originally set out to use pharmacists to train the community but the result was counter assistants being at the forefront and therefore more valuable.
