Katrina DeAngelis is an Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture expert. She is a big believer in the idea that a business's success is dependent on the culture that it cultivates. Katrina describes her work as a process of “discovery and development”. This experience enhances team engagement, collaboration, productive communication, and trust.
