Ron has 30 years of executive leadership experience in the finance, management consulting, and healthcare industries. He has served in leadership positions ranging from Partner at a global firm to Chief Compliance and Audit Officer at several prominent healthcare systems. Ron is the Founder of Executive Momentum where he helps professionals develop their leadership and career growth through proven executive coaching and training programs.

Ron has advised executives and boards throughout his career on various issues and has served on two nonprofit boards. He is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences on leadership, risk, and compliance topics.

Ron lives in San Diego, CA with his lovely wife, Letitia, and son Davin. He loves boxing workouts, jazz, and classic hip-hop music.
