Today I will talk about the difference between living in a community and a crowd.

The first time I heard someone talking about this, was at Web Summit, in Lisbon. Jospeh Gordon-Levitt, the famous actor and founder of HitRecord, explained how they focus is on collaborations instead of competitions at HitRecord and the differences between the crowd, free culture and socializing, and community, fair compensation, and collaborating.
