On this weeks episode of Therapy Quest, we take a detour from the structured character discussions you have come to know, to embark on a 'Side Quest'. Our new, bi-weekly adventure, will feature a shorter format that weaves therapeutic creative elements into our time together! Where we can craft and tell stories, roleplay and laugh, be goofy and random, resulting in a Side Quest worth taking. Our familiar, more formal format "where we describe and discuss, dissect and diagnose our favorite fictional characters" will return next week. This new alternating schedule, with the Side Quest this week and then the Therapy Quest the following, so on and so forth, will allow for us to maintain the quality of content we curate, as well as the chance to try new formats.
