This week I am delighted to be joined by a very special guest Cara McGillivray.
Cara is the Experience & Engagement Lead at Allianz Partners where she is responsible for building programmes and interventions that support people to achieve greater performance and fulfilment in their working lives at what is the world’s largest financial services company.
In a wide-ranging discussion Cara shared with me her own story and the path that has led her to where she is now. From training initially as a teacher to getting started in the insurance industry to motherhood and all points in between, Cara also spoke candidly about the metaphorical cliff edge she very nearly fell off in her early 30's and how she avoided it thanks to awakening she had into how she was living and the changes she has made to her lifestyle, health and habits since then.
As well as all of this Cara also spoke to me about the challenges she sees organisations currently grappling with to provide meaningful and impactful experiences to employees that help keep people motivated, connected and attached to their employers.
