Benefits of a growth mindset -- going beyond your comfort zone -- are presented. You need to go beyond your comfort zone in order to make any changes to the current situation. Take one small step at a time beyond your comfort zone. This appproach is feasible and sustainable. When you do as much as you can, then G-d helps you do the rest.
