Yeah. Hey, guys, welcome to deal with the ignition. So we've got the announcement from the Fed today that the rates are going up by 0.25% so that's pretty much what was expected. It's good news, really, Because the market should have already price of the sun. Um, I would expect this to be a at least short term bottoming event, so we should see prices. Um, go up from here. There's no guarantees that I have made a big fish. Um, purchase of a theory. Um, today, But I'm still leaving plenty in the tank. There's still so much uncertainty out there because of the war, But good news from the today, Yeah.
