What story-worthy momenthappened yesterday?Why: Improves your memory andstorytelling.I love using this question as a way toreflect, and create mental landmarksfor each day.• An interesting interaction• A great conversation• A funny momentKeep it simple.4. How am I feeling today?Why: To build self-awareness.It's easy to go into autopilot sometimesin life.I love using this question to check in withmyself, and feel any lingering emotionsthat may need attention.You can even give a rating (1-10) if youfind it helpful.5. What's working right now?What could be better?Why: To stay on track with your goalsand habits.Do this on a daily or weekly basis.This question allows you to refocus andmake the minor adjustments needed topursue your goals.Recap:1.
