Not every lawyer will be able to give you one of these because actually, flat fees can go against the lawyer in that if the case carries on forever, they can start losing money at some point. Right. But there are lawyers who would be willing to negotiate a flat fee. And what this does is that it provides certainty to you of how much this case is gonna cost you at a maximum. And you can even negotiate with your lawyer that you will pay the fee in increments. Uh, that suit you So that could be You'll pay a certain amount every month or a certain amount every three months.
