When we think of User Experience, we often think of a product's simple, beautiful, and easy-to-use feature set that makes the user's life easier. However, features are only a minor, fragile component of the product. They are only a few of the many possible solutions to a user's problem that the product attempts to solve. Thinking in terms of products entails thinking about specific user problems, tasks to be completed, objectives, and revenue.
